Acting through its global affiliates, HCAI Technology Inc. (collectively, “The Levee Group”) offers a technology platform through which it is possible to recruit candidates for job vacancies, by approaching employees and employers (“Services”).

The Services are provided through this website and local language country affiliate websites accessible through this website (each, a “Website”) operated by The Levee Group, mobile applications (each, an “App”) and through communication via SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and e-mail (“Communication Channels”).

This Privacy Policy, together with the Terms and Conditions of Use, establishes the terms and conditions applicable to the Services provided by The Levee Group to You as a “User”.

The Levee Group recognizes the importance of the security and privacy of the information made available on a Website, in an App or and/or in the Communication Channels, as well as the concern of Users regarding the use of their data, whether personal or not. For this reason, we have created this Privacy Policy, aiming to ensure full transparency in The Levee Group’s relationship with Users.

The availability of certain Services provided by The Levee Group only occurs by sharing some of the information made available by Users to third parties, which we do responsibly and following strict parameters.

Below, we mention the cases in which the sharing of information is necessary:

(A) Disclosure of the Candidate and/or Vacancies: In order for Users to apply for the vacancies and/or disclose them, we will have to disclose some of the information made available by the User to the companies responsible for recruiting candidates or to other Users, as the case may be;

(B) Technology Suppliers: The Levee Group may share User information with companies providing technology services for the monitoring of navigation and data visualization, among other services, to the extent that such sharing is necessary for the provision of the Services;

(C) Online Security Companies: The Levee Group may share User information with the companies responsible for the anti-fraud control of a Website, App and Communication Channels in order to offer all Users an environment with the highest security standards available on the market.

The Levee Group does not share User Information with other people and/or companies or use it for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except in the circumstances mentioned below:

(A) With the express authorization of the User;

(B) To comply with court orders, in accordance with the legislation in force; and,

(C) In order to investigate, prevent or adopt measures relating to illegal activities, suspected or involving possible threats to the physical security of any person, by violation of the conditions of use of a Website by the User or by procedures specified and authorized by law.

Generic and aggregated information, however, may be provided to business partners. Such sharing includes generating and disseminating statistics on social networks, in the media or with business partners. Access to the information of Users, with the exception of data relevant to the selection of candidates by companies, when receiving offers by the User, is limited to authorized employees of The Levee Group, so that they can exercise their functions and provide the services offered through a Website, being certain that such employees are obliged, by contract, to maintain the confidentiality of the information and not to use it inappropriately.

The User may, at any time, edit his/her Personal Information or cancel his/her account and stop the display of his/her resume to new companies.

The Levee Group undertakes not to send “spam”, direct mail or messages of any nature without the prior and express consent of the User, through any of the Communication Channels.

The User will always be free to decide on the receipt of information or the cancellation of this receipt at any time. We are not responsible, however, for the traffic of confidential information through e-mail channels.
