Product Designer (Remote)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers and analysts to runs product development from discovery to implementation, from interview and prototypes to enhance and diversify our portfolio.
Collaborate with the rest of the team to design innovative and scalable products to disrupt the human resources sector.
Map user journey and navigation streams, understanding interactions with different internal and external stakeholders.
Combine UX thinking with design execution, to produce usable and intuitive user interfaces.
Design and prototype elegant solutions for web, mobile apps, and messaging platforms that users love.

EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
NECESSARY:
Lead design journey end to end, from concept to implementation.
6+ years of experience across no more than 2 companies as an Interactive Designer. The previous experience must be at the leading companies in these segments: education, financial services, retail, telecom, internet.
Experience with user research such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
Knowledge in KPIs and metrics-drives design.
An understanding of design patterns.
A solid foundation in layout and design.
Bachelor’s degree.
Previous startup experience is a plus.
Fluent business English and Portuguese are mandatory, Spanish is a plus.

Backend Developer (Remote)

Data Science

Product Manager (CRM e CX)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead our CX and Digital Marketing team.Deeply understand our customers and candidates, how they use our products, the problems they encounter, and the opportunities for providing more value.
Define the CRM strategy, consolidating the needs of the CX and digital marketing teams to build a cross vision of the area, in accordance with the best practices in the industry.Map the recruiter and candidate journey, reviewing and simplifying the number of interactions to set the user expectations.
Create functionalities to provide to recruiter a fully understanding of how we´ll get candidates for a job posting (delivery rates, SLAs, candidates profiles by zone, salary adherence).
Prioritizing initiatives involving our platform interface, creating amazing experience for our clients, organizing them in a product roadmap.
Work together with Researches, Product Design, Engineering, Operations, Sales and Customer Success teams to seek insights on hidden user problems.Managing a product backlog and making sure it is aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Controlling the candidate acquisition costs to deliver the best ROI por each campaign.
Report the results in revenues and user satisfaction.

Sales Director

RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a unique sales opportunity to enter into a high-growth company that has found product-market fit, but which is (very) far from exhausting its addressable market.
Levee has completely automated hiring practices at a number of the largest hirers in Brazil and the scale challenge is now building a team and processes to scale the Enterprise salesforce across Latin America.
Levee is known for having world-class Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning products and engineers, and the Sales Lead must be the most exceptional component of the team given the Enterprise-grade software we sell. You will be responsible for building and managing a team of top-tier Account Executives.
You will be responsible for setting goals and managing your team and also personally being the lead change agent for automation at our prospects and clients.
Your team will spend the majority of their time identifying and demoing prospects on a machine learning solution that recruits in a very unique and transformative way for the largest global employers and following up with them with an eye on closing new business.
You will be product and industry savvy (HR and technology should get you excited), a proven leader, and excited about building and managing your own team and book of business.
